The birth of Fintyre
Fintyre was born from the merger of Italy’s leading companies in the tyre distribution market: Pneuservice’90, Pneufin, Garda Gomme, Pneuservice Agro Industriale, Toscana Pneumatici, Pneumatici F. Giordano, All Pneus Group, All Pneus Toscana, Beba Gomme Piemonte and All Pneus Trentino Alto Adige.
This marked the creation of Italy’s first tyre distribution hub, achieving a leadership position through the combination of logistical infrastructure, product availability and professionals with extensive knowledge of the replacement tire market.
A time of acceleration
The expansion of the Fintyre network in Italy continues, aiming to create a group of high-value, strategically important Italian companies.
The first acquisition targets the retail market, strengthening the Fintyre network and incorporating additional sales channels.
Franco Gomme joins the Group.
Fintyre Group expands with the addition of Franco Gomme, a company with a long-standing presence in the Italian tyre distribution market.
This acquisition brings together proven expertise and a well-established distribution network, enhancing the Group’s ability to serve customers efficiently and nationwide. With this new partnership, Fintyre continues on its path of strategic growth and transformation, further strengthening its position in the market.
Fintyre rebranding
In 2025, Fintyre unveiled a major rebranding that goes beyond a simple visual update. The new logo emphasizes balance and dynamism, reflecting the solidity and experience the Group has built over time. This renewal embodies the Group’s identity and reinforces its core values: collaboration, strength and trust.
Paddock Plus
The Paddock Plus project was introduced as Fintyre’s new affiliation network. Through partnerships with third-party companies, we provide digital and technological support to our affiliates, along with training programs on key management and commercial topics, helping affiliates increase their visibility and drive more traffic to their stores.
Passo Corese Hub
In June, Fintyre inaugurated its new logistics hub in Passo Corese. Spanning 65,000 square meters and equipped with cutting-edge technology, the hub complements the historic Seriate facility and supports the Group’s growth strategies. Its strategic location near Rome ensures a fast and efficient response to retailers’ needs.
